Reservation changes can be made by using the "Manage Existing Reservation" button on the webpage below. Within seven days before arrival, any changes must be made by calling the Reservations Center at +1 800-843-4898.
Attire
- Daytime sessions are business casual.
- Thursday evening events are Black-Tie optional.
Cancellation
Converge25 Cancellation Policy:
Converge registration is non-refundable. Cancellations made before July 16, 2025 may be credited toward next annual membership fee.
Food
All meals are included throughout the duration of the conference. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water will also be available throughout the day.

Registration
There is no need to register your spouse separately. We encourage them to attend all evening sessions as your plus one at no additional cost. Daytime sessions are exclusive to CIO and CISO members, so a city guide for recommended daytime activities will be provided for your spouse.
